Who We Are
FoxDocs is an independently operated cryptocurrency tutorial documentation site, dedicated to serving English-speaking newcomers to the Binance exchange. We are not affiliated with Binance, nor with any cryptocurrency institution, mining pool or foundation. Every piece of content is written independently by our editorial team.
What We Do
We translate the technical, dry, jargon-heavy content buried in Binance's official documentation into language ordinary people can actually understand. From your first registration step to your first futures trade, we reorganise everything from a beginner's perspective:
- Getting Started: what to do, what's possible, and what to avoid in your first week
- Download: complete installation walkthroughs for Android APK, iOS, and desktop clients
- KYC Verification: the full identity verification flow, including common reasons for rejection
- Fiat Trading: buying USDT with bank cards or local payment methods while avoiding card-freeze risks
- Spot Trading: practical explanations of limit, market, take-profit and stop-loss orders
- Futures Basics: leverage, margin, liquidation and risk control explained from zero
- Security: 2FA, anti-phishing codes, whitelisting and account recovery
- Earn: savings products, Launchpool, grid trading, copy trading and other passive income strategies
Our Editorial Methodology
- Beginner's perspective: editors first simulate "I have never used cryptocurrency before", capture every step in screenshots, then write explanations word by word.
- No copy-paste: every tutorial is based on hands-on testing by our editors, not regurgitated from official documentation. Real error screenshots, failed verification cases, and actual bank card freeze incidents make it into our articles.
- Verifiable data: numbers like fee rates, on-chain confirmation times and limits are annotated with their source (official announcement, on-chain explorer, or hands-on testing by editors).
- Continuous updates: every time Binance redesigns their interface, we re-check the affected articles and update screenshots and steps.
Our Relationship with Binance
FoxDocs is an independent third-party tutorial site for Binance. When users follow links in our articles to the official Binance site and register, Binance attributes the referral to us. This is Binance's standard partner / affiliate mechanism and has no bearing on our editorial position.
Our commitments:
- Never insert promotional language like "register through us for fee discounts" or "exclusive offers"
- Never alter Binance's actual fees, policies or product rules
- Referral revenue does not bias us toward Binance - when warranted, we will point out Binance's shortcomings, such as features that are inconvenient in certain regions, low liquidity for some coins, or excessive futures risk
What We Are Not
- Not the official Binance: this site cannot replace Binance's official announcements; the official site is always the source of truth
- Not investment advisors: nothing on this site constitutes investment advice. Cryptocurrency is high risk - make decisions based on your own risk tolerance
- Not a custodial agent: we do not deposit, withdraw, or operate accounts on behalf of any user. Anyone impersonating "FoxDocs support" and asking for transfers or private keys is a scammer
